Brief
We were invited into Bill Rogerson Safety Services as concerns had been raised about how inefficient their outdated technology was, and how it was having a negative impact on their customer experiences.
We were asked to investigate all aspects of customer contact points, starting from the initial telephone call, through to the booking, attending and completing of any of their offered services.
Solution
Following on from extensive site surveys, we absolutely understood the different needs of the business and its customers. We planned to meet these additional demands positively with the relevant higher level more robust, greater capacity, technology.
To guarantee the newly expected service delivery quality and the massively increased demands and speeds, it was essential to upgrade and move up to the new-type Managed Gigabyte Service Data Routers and Data Switches, as well as installing the latest Smart Server, to answer their own company’s demands and expectations.
The additional equipment and services provide numerous enhanced added benefits, such as comprehensive High Speed Mesh Wi-Fi coverage, and the latest, fully integrated Telephone/Data Terminals, complete with larger screen, HD speech and informative, intuitive, visual image improvements catering for the increased demands of:

We installed our Telemedia Video Conferencing platform which facilitated all High-Definition multi-room video calls, in conjunction with a dedicated, fixed data connection 100/100, private optic fibre broadband connection.
Finally, our developers created a new modern, dynamic, and user-friendly website, fully focussed on ensuring a positive user experience, easy navigations, simple booking-in process and straight forward payment methods.
