Dave patiently and efficiently set up the new computer. Very pleased. The following day I needed help logging in as there was a problem with my password. I reported this and within minutes, I'm not sure if it was Dave, possibly Chris logged on remotely and logged me in. Chris rang to check all was okay and went through putting my password in so it would be accepted. All done very quickly, very pleased. Digital Britain always responds very quickly.
