We offer a range of payment services such as direct debits and card payment options for our clients. To provide such a service, we may need to collect personal data such as name, address, contact details.
We also perform credit checks and regularly monitor the status of our customers this information may be used when considering extending credit to customers.
Your information may be used to introduce you to the services we offer, to help with ongoing administration, to contact you with any review or changes that are applicable, for our own business research and analysis.
It is not possible for us to provide the installation, support and maintenance for our customers without storing personal data such as business names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, contact names and details of products and services on which we provide such services.
We may obtain data from individual customers or from employer firms.
