SVC Solutions is a company located in Colchester that specialise in Recruitment, Training, HR, and Safety. Working for both employees and employers alike, they help people find the right job and recruiters find the best candidates for their roles.
Additionally, they are associated with and accredited by: ILM, REC, City & Guilds, CIPD, and IOSH.
SVC Solutions came to us to help them promote their brand, create organic content, and manage their paid social advertising. They had a focus on recruitment and training, targeting businesses for staff training and candidates for recruitment.
The team at SVC Solutions wanted us to work alongside them to celebrate the launch of their new logo and website being launched, kicking off our partnership with a bang.
Before the creation of content started, we revised a plan with SVC Solutions to post organically five times per week across all platforms.
We also drafted up initial designs for content that we thought would work best to display the services SVC Solutions provided.
In the initial phase, we spoke and worked closely with SVC Solutions, to understand their business, their demands, and what content they would like to see on their social channels.
This helped us gain insights into what designs they would like and what would work best with their brand colours.
With designs set and a plan in place, we got to work, posting content and managing their social media accounts.
We focused the content on training and recruitment services through the use of FAQs, stats, customer reviews, promoting job vacancies, and upcoming/available training services they were teaching.
With posting across platforms with different demands, we went with an image-heavy look matched with a small amount of educational text on the posts and within the copy.
Alongside organic social content, we curated paid social advertising as part of the strategy for SVC. This was split across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
On LinkedIn, we decided to target businesses and decision-makers with training courses and support in recruitment, HR, and Health & Safety.
On Facebook and Instagram, paid ads were targeted more toward individuals than organisations. We targeted those looking for jobs with job vacancies and promoted SVC Solutions CV upload feature on their website.
As a result of our organic and paid social content, SVC Solutions saw a reach of 435K on Facebook and a reach of over 99,000 on Instagram. Paid impressions soared past 2 million
